Asher IT Services ("we") uses this website to present staffing services and to receive enquiries from employers and candidates. This notice explains what we collect through the site and why. It is not legal advice and does not create rights beyond applicable Indian law.

Information we collect

Employer contact forms may include name, business email, phone, company, hiring requirement, service interest and message. Candidate forms may include name, email, phone, location, experience, skills, LinkedIn profile, work-mode preference, cover notes, referral details and an uploaded resume. Job applications also include the job title, job ID and job URL you applied to.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to hiring enquiries, evaluate applications and referrals, and operate recruitment processes. Employer messages are directed to info@asheritservices.com. Candidate applications, resumes and referrals are directed to careers@asheritservices.com.

Uploaded files

Resumes must be PDF, DOC or DOCX and no larger than 5 MB. Files are stored only as needed to process the submission and send them to our careers inbox. Do not upload files that are not a resume.

Sharing

We may share candidate information with a client organisation when it is relevant to a live hiring mandate, and with service providers who host email or the website, solely to operate those services. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain recruitment records for as long as needed to manage hiring activity and meet legitimate business or legal needs, then delete or archive them according to internal practice.

Your choices

You may email info@asheritservices.com or careers@asheritservices.com to ask about information you submitted through this website. We may need to verify the request.

Security

We use access controls, file-type restrictions and server-side validation. No website can guarantee absolute security.
